What do you love about teaching?

Over the years, I came to understand the virtues of the Art of Teaching, conveying practical information, and sharing the magic of the creative process. One of the most beautiful feelings and enriching experiences I can think of is knowing how the music I love has impacted another person and seeing its influence on them. I teach for the love of learning, with a passion for helping aspiring musicians expand their creativity.

Every student is different. While there is basic information that every student should know, understanding students’ interests, concerns, and musical background help me determine how I can help them best.

At the root of it, sharing knowledge is one of the purest forms of understanding life. The beautiful and powerful things I’ve seen, heard, and studied over the years have made me a vehicle for sharing valuable and relevant musical information.
